Lupini and Olives with Negroni Dressing

- In a medium-sized pot, combine the olive oil, olives, lupini, garlic, rosemary, orange peel, lemon peel, and chili flakes if using.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and set aside for 20 minutes to infuse.
- Strain the olives and lupini from the oil, and transfer to a bowl.
- Add the Campari and toss to combine. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature. Buon appetito!
