Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by email at boutique@stefanofaita.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, a special discount, or free shipping, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion.

Exchanges & Returns

All food items, sale or discounted items are final sales. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at boutique@stefanofaita.com.

Shipping

All purchases made online on our website are delivered to Canada only. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping fees vary based on the delivery area.

Delivery is free for orders of $75 or more before taxes and after promotional codes. Certain conditions may apply, such as:

• Orders shipping to extended service areas.
• Overweight or oversized parcels

Inventory

Faita Forgione Foods Inc does not guarantee the availability of stock for products offered on the site. If Faita Forgione Foods Inc. is unable to deliver any of the products you ordered due to insufficient supply, Faita Forgione Foods Inc will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for those products and send you a confirmation of the refund by email.
