Panettone Crostone with Gorgonzola and Truffle Honey

- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Toast the panettone slices for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Arrange the crostones on a serving platter and top with the crumbled cheese. Drizzle with the truffle honey and serve.
