- In a large pot over low heat, melt the marshmallows, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and butter together. Stir often and be patient — avoid turning up the heat, as the mixture can burn easily.
- Once smooth and fully melted, remove the pot from heat. Add the puffed rice cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Grease a standard 9x13-inch baking dish with butter. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly to flatten — using another greased dish or spatula can help.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the mold and cut into even squares. Buon appetito!
