  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Salt the water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add pepper flakes and black pepper; stir for 10 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes until just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add one jar of Stefano alla vodka sauce and bring to a soft boil.
  5. Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Transfer pasta to warmed bowls. Top with more cheese if desired. Buon appetito!
