Spicy version with arrabbiata sauce
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. While the pasta cooks, prepare the tuna sauce.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high.
- Add tuna, shredding it with a fork, then add the arrabbiata sauce.
- Season with salt (if needed) and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
- Let the sauce simmer for approximately 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce.
- Add the chopped parsley and capers. Toss the pasta until entirely coated with sauce, then serve.
