PENNE WITH TUNA SAUCE

Penne sauce au thon

Tuna pasta, a student staple! I can sum up my student years with one recipe: tuna pasta! When I’d open the pantry door, I could always find a can of tuna and a can of tomatoes. And coming from an Italian family, we’d always have garlic, capers and parsley, too. This is a budget-friendly, simple and super satisfying dish when you want to fill up on protein and carbs without having too many dishes to do!

This recipe is already a breeze to make (just 15 minutes!), and now you can pick your style: spicy with Arrabbiata sauce or mild with our new Mediterranean sauce. Just break up the tuna in a pan, add the sauce of your choice, toss with your pasta… and dinner is served!
