SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

This hot dip is the solution to hosting, while keeping it simple and not serving the same cold dips or cold cuts. All you have to do is mix it up and put it in the oven. As simple as that and even better than you think.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a small (1 quart) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir Stefano Alfredo sauce, garlic, Parmesan, provolone, lemon zest, nutmeg, chili flakes and black pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in artichokes and spinach.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish, and top with panko breadcrumbs. Bake until heated through and melted, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
