With their grooves designed to nestle the sauce, they’re perfect for serving with thicker sauces like meat sauce, cream-based sauces, or even in baked dishes. Our line of pasta is made with Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
