Let’s give a nod to tortiglioni, one of the many variations of Neapolitan maccheroni. With their grooves designed to nestle the sauce, they’re perfect for serving with thicker sauces like meat sauce, cream-based sauces, or even in baked dishes. Tortiglioni are sure to turn heads at the dinner table!

Our line of pasta is made with Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
