Thinner than the classic spaghetti, spaghettini are also a family favorite. This pasta is often used in seafood-based dishes or in an oil-based sauce, but like any type of pasta, spaghettini can be used with any type of sauce.

Our line of pasta is made with Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
