A true icon of Roman cuisine, bucatini are long, hollow pasta that combine the best of spaghetti and macaroni. Their name comes from the Italian “bucaro,” meaning “pierced.” The shape allows for even cooking and cradling the sauce. Whether it’s all’amatriciana, cacio e pepe, or carbonara… bucatini are always the perfect match!

Our line of pasta is made with Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
