Its name comes from the Italian minestra maritata, which refers to the marriage of flavours between the beef meatballs, real chicken bone broth, fresh vegetables, acini di pepe pasta and fresh parmesan cheese. Even if this soup won’t guarantee a happily ever after, you’ll soon be saying “I do” to a second bowl!

Slowly simmered in Canada without any preservatives, artificial flavours or colours, this Italian wedding ready to serve soup is the closest thing to a homemade soup. Perfect to warm you up on a cold day, to add in your children’s lunchbox, or to keep at the office for a quick meal.
