- Cut each meatball in half and shape each piece into a smaller meatball.
- In a large saucepan, bring the marinara sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Add the meatballs.
- Cover and let the meatballs cook fully, 15 to 20 minutes.
- In another saucepan, cook the instant polenta according to the instructions on the package.
- Once the polenta is cooked, incorporate the grated Parmesan and butter with a whisk until fully combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, top each serving of polenta with meatballs and sauce. Garnish with more Parmesan, a drizzle of finishing oil, and parsley.
