Farfalle, butterflies in Italian, are cute and versatile. They’re great with all sauces but here’s a little secret: they have a soft spot for anything creamy.

Our line of pasta is made with Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze dies and a slow drying process which gives it a porous surface and better texture. The result? The sauce clings to the pasta better. A true love story!
